Starting or Revitalizing a Retirement Organization

Establishing a new retirement organization or revitalizing an existing organization can be daunting tasks. Whether you are just getting a retired faculty/staff association off the ground, trying to re-energize an organization that is struggling, or working to establish a campus-funded retirement center or emeriti college, this workshop will provide you with important keys to success. The presenters will discuss a range of topics, including organizational structures, funding sources, suggested activities, and strategies for building an organization that is effective and sustainable. Takeaways will include sample reports, proposals, budgets, and other valuable resources.

The workshop is scheduled for Thursday, September 23,  9-11 a.m. Pacific time (10-12 Mountain, 11-1 Central, 12-2 Eastern). The deadline to register is Friday, September 17.
